Cyberpunk animated wallpaper: Neon City

A rainy neon city in pixel art that lives on your desktop. The signs switch on as the sun goes down, the elevated train rolls past, drones carry parcels between towers, and on some nights the sky fills with fireworks. It follows your clock, so late at night it is late in the city too.
